PRODUCT STRATEGY + CONTENT DIRECTION
Express Live came to life during the pandemic when physical stores were less accessible and online shopping was at its peak. We met consumers where they were, on social media.
We leveraged the EXPRESS platforms to host live streamed programming where consumers shopped in real-time while watching live videos hosted by Express stylists, celebrity stylists, and influencers. The audience could chat with hosts, see product reviews and recommendations in real-time and get a closer look at featured items in motion and on body. After the live show, shoppers could view archived shows and shop on-demand.
We amplified audience engagement by leveraging marketing channels to drive tune-in to live events, create brand relevance, and ultimately increased online sales. I assisted in establishing content programming, product priority features, pre-production calls with talent, and in real time feedback.
Programming included: Associate styling tips, product modeling, at–home try-ons with fashion influencers, and celebrity styling events. We cast into celebrity stylists, including Tan France and Rachel Zoe.
